One Trust, Every Opportunity
About ULHT
United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust is situated in the county of Lincolnshire and is one of the biggest acute hospital trusts in the country, serving a population of 720,000 people. We provide acute hospital care for the people of Lincolnshire from our sites in Lincoln, Boston and Grantham and also deliver services from community hospitals and centres in Louth, Gainsborough, Spalding and Skegness.

Why work at ULHT?
We recognise that outstanding care can only be delivered through our people. The Trust has made real progress in improving the quality and safety of care that we provide. We want to attract people who can help us deliver our vision, and in return we wish to help people achieve their career aspirations within the NHS.
We are always keen to welcome highly skilled, committed and compassionate individuals to our hospitals – people who put patients at the heart of everything they do and are ready to help us achieve our vision.

Where you will be working
In recent years, we have invested extensively in our faciilties and estate, to make our hospitals a better place to work and receive care.
This includes investment in ward upgrades, a multi-million pound investment to transform our Emergency Departments, new robotic surgery equipment and additional theatres and new IT infrastructure.
Our Values
We have adopted a vision and five key values to show what we stand for, how we want to be known and how we behave. In keeping with our Trust values, our staff come to work to deliver excellent patient care and feel respected and valued. Working together, we are actively making improvements in the safety of care we deliver to our patients with improved staffing numbers and clean and modern environments.
We are always keen to welcome highly skilled, committed and compassionate individuals to our hospitals – people who put patients at the heart of everything they do and are ready to help us achieve our vision. If you believe in them too, then you are ready to join the ULHT team.

Our Strategic Plan
We have a five year Integrated Improvement Plan setting out how we will achieve our strategic objectives, for our patients, our people, our services and for our partners.
This strategic plan, and the divisional plans which underpin it, mark an important step forward for our Trust. It identifies the key priorities for the Trust over the next five years (2020-2025), ensuring we are focused on the right things for both our patients and our staff.
