- An experienced International On-boarding Nurse Team who facilitate an exclusive on-boarding programme, providing you with training and guidance, assisting you to prepare for your OSCE, supporting you with ULHT clinical area orientation and induction
- ULHT pay for the cost of your OSCE exam, including return transport and overnight accommodation if required.
- Once successful and upon receiving your NMC pin, you will transition to Band 5 level, Registered Nurse.
As a newly registered nurse within ULHT, you will be enrolled onto a preceptorship programme. You will also have the opportunity for further development and career progression through support from the Clinical Education Team, Organisational Development and Talent Academy.
